Hundreds Burgers Satisfaction kommer till Stockholm

Stockholm Burger Fest fyller 10 år i år och vi firar med vår starkaste line-up hittills, med tre internationella gäster i världsklass.

Hundred Burgers från Madrid och Valencia har legat etta på topplistan TheWorldsBestBurgers.com två år i rad! Nu återvänder de till Sverige med all star-burgaren Satisfaction: 60 dagars hängmörat Rubia Gallega-kött, krispigt bacon, american cheese och en rökig majonnäs insvept i ett fluffigt japanskt milkbun. En sanslöst tillfredsställande burgare som sätter köttet i fokus!

Stockholm Burger Fest 2026 arrangeras av Burgerdudes och Barrels Burgers & Beer. Årets huvudsponsor är Heinz och de tre gästerna är Alvin Cailan (USA), Hundred Burgers (Spanien) och MeatCastles (England). Festivalen äger rum den 14-16 maj på torget utanför Barrels City på Smålandsgatan 22, nära Kungsträdgården och Norrmalmstorg. Själva inträdet är gratis, som alltid. Ett begränsat antal VIP-biljetter för att få alla burgarna innan öppning finns fortfarande för fredagen!

Black Bear Burger is one of the veterans of the modern burger wave in England, and we have tried their burgers several times since our first review in 2017. Over the years, Black Bear Burger has received more and more attention and hype, both domestically and internationally, and today they are one of the most well-known burger restaurants in all of England. They have locations at nearly 10 places around London, and we visited their restaurant inside the Market Halls Victoria food hall and ordered their Double Miso Bacon Burger – the same burger that won them the National Burger of the Year 2025 award. The burger contained double patties, double cheese, smoked bacon and their miso butter mayo, and it cost 15.8 GBP (21 USD).

The burger looked exactly as we remembered it, with pre-formed patties and a pale bun covered in a generous layer of sesame seeds. The bun was soft and fluffy, but just like on our previous visits, we felt that the crust-like amount of sesame seeds took over both in terms of flavour and texture. The meat was of high quality as always and had a nice and potent dry-aged character that they are known for. The meat could have been juicier though, as it felt a bit too compact this time. The bacon was super tasty and crispy, just the way we like it, and the onion also contributed a nice texture. Their miso butter mayo was very flavourful with its buttery, salty, and umami-rich taste, but together with the bacon and the beef, the overall flavour profile was a bit too salty. We would have liked to see some kind of freshness to break up the saltiness for a more complete experience.

We are very happy that a veteran like Black Bear Burger continues to deliver high-quality burgers year after year, and they are still a safe bet when you are craving a really good burger in London.

During this amazing event, we reviewed all 16 competing beef burgers. After a full day of judging, one burger stood above the rest and was awarded the coveted ”Burgerdudes Best Burger belt”.
