🍔 Burgerdudes presenterar Sveriges 100 Bästa Burgare 2026, i samarbete med Uber Eats, Felix, McCain, Korvbrödsbagarn, Tasty, Coca-Cola och Greentake.

Sedan förra årets lista har vi ätit tusentals burgare över hela världen. Vi har publicerat 200 recensioner från 12 länder och gjort massor av resor i hela Sverige – från Skurup i söder till Luleå i norr. Sveriges burgarscen är starkare än någonsin, och vi anses nu vara världens bästa land för smashburgare. Vi har recenserat fler än 500 restauranger här hemma i Sverige, och alla som finns på listan förtjänar att vara väldigt stolta över sin placering.

I videon delar vi ut pokaler till vinnarna och presenterar alla 10 specialutmärkelser som gör burgarkulturen i Sverige lite extra intressant! Dessutom förklarar vi den nya kategorin Hall of Fame!

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 @black_bear_burger ★★★★☆

Black Bear Burger is one of the veterans of the modern burger wave in England, and we have tried their burgers several times since our first review in 2017. Over the years, Black Bear Burger has received more and more attention and hype, both domestically and internationally, and today they are one of the most well-known burger restaurants in all of England. They have locations at nearly 10 places around London, and we visited their restaurant inside the Market Halls Victoria food hall and ordered their Double Miso Bacon Burger – the same burger that won them the National Burger of the Year 2025 award. The burger contained double patties, double cheese, smoked bacon and their miso butter mayo, and it cost 15.8 GBP (21 USD).

The burger looked exactly as we remembered it, with pre-formed patties and a pale bun covered in a generous layer of sesame seeds. The bun was soft and fluffy, but just like on our previous visits, we felt that the crust-like amount of sesame seeds took over both in terms of flavour and texture. The meat was of high quality as always and had a nice and potent dry-aged character that they are known for. The meat could have been juicier though, as it felt a bit too compact this time. The bacon was super tasty and crispy, just the way we like it, and the onion also contributed a nice texture. Their miso butter mayo was very flavourful with its buttery, salty, and umami-rich taste, but together with the bacon and the beef, the overall flavour profile was a bit too salty. We would have liked to see some kind of freshness to break up the saltiness for a more complete experience.

We are very happy that a veteran like Black Bear Burger continues to deliver high-quality burgers year after year, and they are still a safe bet when you are craving a really good burger in London.
