The World’s Best Burgers Spring 2025 Update

Nu är det dags för The World’s Best Burgers Spring 2025 Update, alltså vår topplista över världens bästa hamburgare för våren 2025. Under våra senaste resor till Sydamerika i början av 2025 har vi hittat fantastiska burgare i både Argentina och Brasilien, och detta har också lyft fram den extremt höga kvaliteten som vi nyligen har sett i både Sverige och Spanien på senare tid. New York håller fortfarande ställningarna som världens hamburgerhuvudstad, med flera nya tillskott som serverar några av de bästa smashburgarna vi har smakat.

The World’s Best Burgers Spring 2025 Update innehåller allt från tjocka smakrika hängmörade köttpuckar till flashiga smashburgare med superkrispig crust. Vi har valt ut de bästa foodtrucksen, hamburgerställen med hantverkstänk och allt däremellan, som alla serverar hamburgare i världsklass som är värda en extra omväg. Denna uppdatering bjuder på sex nytillskott på listan; Grindhouse Braserito från Brasilien, The Food Truck Store från Argentina, Franky’s Burger och Rekas Burgers från Sverige samt Gotham Smash Social Club och Hamburger America från USA.

Alla 25 hamburgare på den här listan har tilldelats fem stjärnor, vilket är vårt högsta betyg! Men glöm inte att vi har långt över 50 femstjärniga recensioner på Burgerdudes.se, så även om alla burgarställen inte får plats på den här listan kan du vara säker på att alla dessa ställen alla är fantastiska och bjuder på en upplevelse som inte får missas.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 @black_bear_burger ★★★★☆

Black Bear Burger is one of the veterans of the modern burger wave in England, and we have tried their burgers several times since our first review in 2017. Over the years, Black Bear Burger has received more and more attention and hype, both domestically and internationally, and today they are one of the most well-known burger restaurants in all of England. They have locations at nearly 10 places around London, and we visited their restaurant inside the Market Halls Victoria food hall and ordered their Double Miso Bacon Burger – the same burger that won them the National Burger of the Year 2025 award. The burger contained double patties, double cheese, smoked bacon and their miso butter mayo, and it cost 15.8 GBP (21 USD).

The burger looked exactly as we remembered it, with pre-formed patties and a pale bun covered in a generous layer of sesame seeds. The bun was soft and fluffy, but just like on our previous visits, we felt that the crust-like amount of sesame seeds took over both in terms of flavour and texture. The meat was of high quality as always and had a nice and potent dry-aged character that they are known for. The meat could have been juicier though, as it felt a bit too compact this time. The bacon was super tasty and crispy, just the way we like it, and the onion also contributed a nice texture. Their miso butter mayo was very flavourful with its buttery, salty, and umami-rich taste, but together with the bacon and the beef, the overall flavour profile was a bit too salty. We would have liked to see some kind of freshness to break up the saltiness for a more complete experience.

We are very happy that a veteran like Black Bear Burger continues to deliver high-quality burgers year after year, and they are still a safe bet when you are craving a really good burger in London.
