The Patterson House serverar helt otroliga drinkar i en riktigt härlig miljö.

In English

The Patterson House is a speakeasy-looking bar in the centre of Nashville. The house itself looks like any other building in the area, but after talking to the host, we were allowed to enter behind a curtain, where we were greeted by a lovely room with dim lighting and atmospheric, calm music. On the menu we found several pages of different cocktails, followed by a short food menu with a burger. We ordered their TPH Burger with double beef patties, cheese, ”umami onions”, homemade pickles and special sauce, and it cost 18 USD, including french fries.

Our burger was very simple, but still looked inviting with a deep crust on our patties nicely melted cheese. The beef was juicy and the cheese added a lot of creaminess. However, we would have liked to have seen a lot more of the sauce, as it became very dry around the edges of the otherwise soft and fluffy bun. Otherwise, the patty-to-bun ratio was well balanced. The so-called umami onions didn’t add much umami or texture though, and we would have liked more of both for them to really stand out. The most notable ingredient was their homemade pickles, mainly due to them being a bit too dominant in flavour. The fries were really good and we also appreciated the interesting horseradish dip.

The Patterson House serve absolutely incredible drinks in a really lovely environment. We definitely recommend that you pay them a visit, and if you do the burger is well worth checking out as well.

🍔 Review № 1350

🇦🇪 @she_burger ★★★★☆

She Burger is a restaurant chain with several locations in Dubai and around the Middle East, and they participated in the Dubai Burger Championship 2026. The burger they served at the festival was the same name as the restaurant, She Burger, and it consisted of two smashed beef patties, roasted onions, veal bacon jam with a lot of coffee, and their signature sauce for 60 AED (16.5 USD).

We immediately felt that the burger had a very international appearance when we saw it, and it offered a well-shaped brioche bun, plenty of toppings, double meat patties. The bun was soft and had a good size, but the heel would have been able to handle the beef juices better if they’d let the patties rest before assembly. The Black Angus meat had a strong meat flavour with a robust seasoning, but we felt that the crust should have been more pronounced and that the meat could have been even juicier. The fried onion was texturally brilliant, and it added both flavour and a lovely crunch that the burger really needed. The veal bacon jam was incredibly good and had a much more mature taste than we are normally used to. It was very coffee heavy, which we really appreciated. On the other hand, the signature sauce was completely anonymous and didn’t make any real impression.

She Burger do a lot right with this burger, but they need to refine the details and the meat to really make it a winner. But that being said, they offer one of the better burgers in Dubai.
