🇸🇪 @feaststreetfood ★★★★☆
Feast Streetfood opened their food truck in early 2026 and have since created quite a buzz around its burgers and birria tacos by Bredäng Centrum in Stockholm. The menu is stripped back to just four burgers, and we like seeing new food trucks and restaurants start with a short menu before expanding. We ordered their Klassisk Cheeseburgare with cheese, white onions, ketchup and mayo for 159 SEK (16.5 USD), as well as the limited Chimichurri with cheese, chimichurri, onions and mayo for 169 SEK (17.5 USD). Both burgers came with two 85 gram beef patties, with fries and a drink included in the price.
The burgers felt very light in the hand and had a simple, straightforward street food look. The bun looked quite large compared to the beef and toppings, but it was soft and had been nicely toasted on the inside which held everything together. The beef had a decent crust that did its job, while the blend, which included ribeye, had a deep beefy flavour that we really liked. Our cheeseburger was well balanced, but it needed something to lift it. It was a little too heavy, and some acidity and extra texture, perhaps from dill pickles, would have added some much needed freshness. The Chimichurri burger was also very tasty, with the herby chimichurri working nicely with the beef. But this burger was also a bit too soft overall and would also have benefited from some contrasting textures. The fries were fine, and were elevated by the jalapeño and lime dip for 15 SEK (1.5 USD) that added both heat and freshness.
Feast Streetfood serves simple, well made burgers that we really enjoyed, and they have built a solid foundation to develop from. Congratulations Bredäng, you now have a really good burger truck!

Bun X serve their burgers at the two pubs Micawbers and The Coach & Horses in central Norwich in eastern England, and they also run the fast-food concept Bun X-Press in the northern part of the city. We were lucky enough to find them at Burger Fest UK, where we ordered their signature BDC burger. This double-patty burger consisted of two 100-gram patties, cheddar, American cheese, bacon, pickled red onions and burger sauce, and cost 10 GBP (13.5 USD).
It was a messy creation we got in our hands. The first thing we noticed was the large amount of cheese. With a total of four cheese slices, there was plenty of creaminess, and we really appreciated the well-melted American cheese. But even though the cheddar was tasty, it was too chewy which detracted more than it added to the experience. The meat was tender, but we would have liked to see a more pronounced crust on the patties. We also noticed that the meat wasn’t seasoned until the very end, which meant that the seasoning lay mostly on the surface. The bun was surprisingly airy, but reminded us more of a breakfast roll than a classic burger bun. But at the same time, it worked quite well with this messy and generous burger. The pickles were really crisp and flavourful, while the dressing was a well-made version of a classic hamburger dressing. The pickled red onions added both crunch and acidity, and worked with the pickles to cut through the heavier flavours of the meat and cheese.
Bun X serve a solid burger with several strong components, and we would gladly try them again next time we pass by Norwich. We will also make sure to check out the rest of their menu, because those cheese doughnuts they serve in their own kitchen sound really interesting as well.

🏴 @black_bear_burger ★★★★☆
Black Bear Burger is one of the veterans of the modern burger wave in England, and we have tried their burgers several times since our first review in 2017. Over the years, Black Bear Burger has received more and more attention and hype, both domestically and internationally, and today they are one of the most well-known burger restaurants in all of England. They have locations at nearly 10 places around London, and we visited their restaurant inside the Market Halls Victoria food hall and ordered their Double Miso Bacon Burger – the same burger that won them the National Burger of the Year 2025 award. The burger contained double patties, double cheese, smoked bacon and their miso butter mayo, and it cost 15.8 GBP (21 USD).
The burger looked exactly as we remembered it, with pre-formed patties and a pale bun covered in a generous layer of sesame seeds. The bun was soft and fluffy, but just like on our previous visits, we felt that the crust-like amount of sesame seeds took over both in terms of flavour and texture. The meat was of high quality as always and had a nice and potent dry-aged character that they are known for. The meat could have been juicier though, as it felt a bit too compact this time. The bacon was super tasty and crispy, just the way we like it, and the onion also contributed a nice texture. Their miso butter mayo was very flavourful with its buttery, salty, and umami-rich taste, but together with the bacon and the beef, the overall flavour profile was a bit too salty. We would have liked to see some kind of freshness to break up the saltiness for a more complete experience.
We are very happy that a veteran like Black Bear Burger continues to deliver high-quality burgers year after year, and they are still a safe bet when you are craving a really good burger in London.

🇸🇪 @epicburgers.se ★★★★☆
Epic Burgers opened in 2024 on the other side of the railway tracks from Huddinge Centrum, and when we visited them at the time, we were impressed by the craftsmanship and the excellent crust on the meat. The menu now consists of about ten burgers, including several veggie and chicken burgers. This time, we ordered the classic cheeseburger Epic Burger, the spicy Chili Cheese Burger, and the BBQ burger Spicy B. They cost 125 SEK (13 USD) with double patties, including an order of fries.
Just like last time, our burgers looked really good, with a clear crust and plenty of toppings. The meat was excellently smashed, with a wonderfully crispy sear and juicy meat underneath. However, the large amount of coarsely ground black pepper was a bit too much and lay on top of the patties rather than being cooked into the meat. But in terms of ratio, it worked perfectly having double patties. The buns were airy, squishy, and nicely toasted on the inside. The mayo in the Epic Burger was quite heavy and thick, but otherwise, this was a very competent cheeseburger that let the meat shine. The favourite was definitely the Chili Cheese Burger, whose chilli cheese tops contributed a creamy heat and saltiness that provided balance without being overpowering. It offered a lot of flavour and really stood out. We also liked how the BBQ sauce complemented the heat in the Spicy B, even though the veal bacon was a bit tough. The fries came in a generous portion, and the dips for 10 SEK (1 USD) each were of a good quality.
Epic Burgers continue to do a lot of things right, and the crust is the food truck’s biggest strength. If you happen to be passing by Huddinge, they are definitely worth a visit.
