Burgerdudes presents The World’s 25 Best Burgers 2026.

Since last year’s update, we have travelled all over the world searching for the best burgers.

Hundred Burgers in Madrid and Valencia celebrate a hat trick, as we now crown them as The World’s Best Burger for the third year running. Brazil’s Holy Burger claim the coveted silver trophy, and Au Cheval in Chicago and New York currently serve the best burger in the U.S. When it comes to smashed patties with a deep crust, the sensational Funky Chicken Food Truck in Sweden serve the world’s best smash burger. Newcomers on the list incude MeatCastles, Black Cactus & Dove (England), Will’s & Goldieboy (Australia), BDP Burger (Spain) and Gui’s Burger (Japan). The list includes everything from intense smash burgers served from food trucks to juicy thick patties at restaurants dedicated to the craft.

Click on each restaurant name in the list below for our full review, with more details about each burger place (plus 1300+ other reviews).

The World’s Best Burgers is a list created by Burgerdudes.com – The Michelin Guide for Burgers* and the world’s largest review website. Since 2014, we have visited over 1,000 restaurants in 65 countries. We publish up to 5 reviews a week, and write every single evaluation ourselves – no guest judges, secret ambassadors or local bias. Just a deep love and respect for burgers, with the sole purpose of improving the global hamburger scene.

Ongoing travel and continuous reviewing remain central to our work, and we are constantly exploring new locations. If we’ve missed a standout, let us know. We love hearing about new places to visit!

The Food Truck Store

Buenos Aires

The Food Truck Store is a burger concept that started in Buenos Aires in Argentina and has since expanded with locations in both the Miami in the U.S. and Barcelona in Spain. This smash burger focused chain openly draws inspiration from some of the most iconic names and styles in the burger world. What stands out across the board is the quality of the beef. Their patty delivers a deep, well-seasoned flavour with a properly developed crust, bringing that essential smash burger texture and intensity.

The burgers have a simple, direct and incredibly satisfying flavour, with each component carefully tuned to maximise impact. The attention to detail also extends beyond the burgers themselves. The choice of buns varies depending on the style, clearly designed to match texture and flavour profiles rather than follow a one-size-fits-all approach. This shows a genuine understanding of what makes each reference point work. The Food Truck Store manages to balance homage and identity in a way that feels both fun and serious at the same time and for us, it stands out as one of the most memorable burger experiences we’ve had in Argentina so far.

Dove

London

Dove in Notting Hill is a small bistro that has taken London by storm. They serve an extremely limited amount of burgers each day, as they use beef trimmings from their other cuts. It consists of a thick patty made from 50-day dry-aged beef that delivers immediate depth, with a strong aromatic profile and a delicious medium-rare centre.

Thankfully, this amazing burger is worth all the hassle. The crust is well developed, adding texture and contrast to the soft interior. Gorgonzola is used in a controlled way, melted into the beef to add creamy umami without overpowering its structure. Champagne-caramelised onions introduce a subtle sweetness that lifts the richness and keeps the profile balanced. The bun is soft, lightly toasted, and functional, designed to support rather than dominate. Duck fat fries extend the same philosophy, offering crisp texture and clean seasoning. Dove’s burger is definitely worth the hype. Just make sure you book a table when they open and arrive ahead of time to ensure that you’re first in line.

Rekas Burgers

Malmö & Lund

Rekas Burgers opened their first restaurant in southern Malmö back in 2019 and quickly established themselves as a local favourite. Since then, they’ve expanded to three locations and, in the process, firmly put Malmö on the international burger map. What started as a strong hometown contender has evolved into something much bigger. Today, Rekas attracts not only locals but also burger enthusiasts from around the world who travel to Skåne specifically to experience what they do best. With multiple international competition wins under their belt, and appearances in Spain, Germany and Dubai, their reputation has grown far beyond Sweden’s borders.

A big part of their success lies in the beef quality, as they source it through their own butcher shop. The smashed patties develop an exceptional crust with a deep maillard flavour, balancing salt, pepper, and fat in a way that delivers real intensity without losing juiciness. If you’re visiting for the first time, “Brorsan” is a safe and highly recommended choice as it showcases exactly what they’re about, with fried jalapeños on top that add that final touch of heat and crunch that ties everything together. Rekas Burgers has grown from a local favourite into one of Sweden’s most talked-about burger names.

22

Will's

Sydney

Will’s is located on the second floor of a beautiful house by Coogee Beach in Sydney, with an incredible ocean view. The whole restaurant feels like a luxurious beach club, with an impressive atmosphere. The menu is short and to the point, with only one burger. It’s clear that everything is prepared with an incredibly high attention to detail, as the ingredients are perfectly placed and the quantities of each component are well thought out.

The double onion-smashed beef patties have a wonderfully crispy crust, giving way to tender and juicy meat. The smashed onions work great here and are an excellent addition, and the bun is fluffy and sturdy. Everything from the well-melted cheese and crunchy-yet-acidic pickles to the well-balanced use of ketchup and mustard works great here, and the super-thin shoestring fries are well-cooked, super-crunchy and tasty. They are also served with a delicious tarragon butter that we still have dreams about. Will’s serve Sydney’s best burger and one of the best we’ve eaten in Australia. This is a dining experience you don’t want to miss.

21

BDP Burger

Madrid

BDP Burger have several restaurants in Madrid, with warm and inviting interiors, and a menu consisting of both thick patty burgers and smash burgers. Whilst the smash burgers are good (especially compared to many other smash burgers in Spain), the thick patty varieties are definitely the king here. We highly recommend their Nicky Jam with 45-day dry-aged beef and two types of bacon, which is a real favourite.

It’s an instant hit, with an amazing quality and a dry-aged punch that hits from the first bite. We ordered it medium rare as recommended by the staff, and it had a great sear whilst being perfectly pink in the middle. The bacon jam adds a deep, sweet flavour that was balanced by the spicy sauce. And the whole experience was brough together by the wonderfully crispy bacon. And to cap it all off, the well-toasted bun has a slightly buttery tone that we really appreciated. BDP Burgers’ thick patty burger is a first-class experience, and you should definitely seek them out the next time you’re in Madrid.

20

Franky's

Stockholm

When Franky’s first opened their small kiosk in central Stockholm back in 2014, we called them the city’s best-kept burger secret. Since then, they’ve grown into two full-scale restaurants and, over the years, steadily refined both their concept and their menu into something far more ambitious and polished. In recent years, it’s been clear that they’ve taken things to the next level, travelling, experimenting, and drawing inspiration from different burger cultures, only to distil it all into a style that still feels distinctly their own. There’s a confidence in what they do now that wasn’t always as pronounced in the early days.

Franky’s Favorite stands out in particular. It’s everything a cheeseburger should be, executed with precision and care, and for us it easily ranks as Sweden’s best classic cheeseburger. The attention to detail, from the balance of seasoning to the texture of the patty and bun, makes it clear how much thought has gone into every element. After more than a decade in Stockholm, Franky’s has evolved from a hidden gem into a serious contender on a much bigger stage. It’s more than just one of the best burgers in Sweden, making it worth a visit for locals and tourists alike. For an elevated dining experience, visit their larger restaurant on Södermalm.

Red Hook Tavern

New York

When talking about burgers in New York, Red Hook Tavern is a name that always comes up, and for good reason. Tucked away in Brooklyn, this corner bistro has a warm, homey feel that immediately sets the tone. Whether you’re posted up at the bar or seated at one of the white tablecloth-covered tables, the dining experience is a little more thoughtful than your average burger stop.

The burger itself is beautifully simple. Dry-aged beef, cheese, onions and a sesame bun, served with a pickle spear and perfectly golden, crispy potato wedges on the side. There are no unnecessary extras or distractions to be found here. And that’s exactly the point as every element is executed with precision. The patty is rich and juicy, the cheese melts seamlessly into the beef and the bun is just sturdy enough to hold it all together without getting in the way. This is a burger that relies entirely on balance and quality rather than excess and it absolutely delivers. Red Hook Tavern is one of those places that proves that simplicity can be hard to beat when done right. They’re a must-visit when you’re in Brooklyn.

18

Black Cactus

London

Black Cactus is a new and award-winning BBQ restaurant in Walthamstow, in eastern London. Their menu is packed with BBQ dishes, but we’ve fallen head over heels for their amazing burgers. They’re absolutely huge, with a 225-gram dry-aged beef patty made from ribs and brisket. They smoke the patties for several hours and then confit them in their own fat, giving them an impressive juiciness and a magnificent meat flavour.

Both the Miso Hoggy with miso bacon jam and pulled pork and the Figgy Smalls with smoked brisket, and fig jam are phenomenal in their own right. It is obvious that the kitchen focuses on BBQ flavour, with the fig marmalade cutting through the fatty brisket nicely. The bacon jam is incredibly umami packed and so delicious that we would happily eat it with a spoon. And to top it all off, the thick and tangy dill pickles tie together both burgers’ flavour profiles. Despite their considerable height, the burgers have a surprisingly well-balanced beef-to-bun ratio. We struggled a bit to eat them with any dignity intact, but had a great time trying. This innovative joint is an essential visit the next time you’re in London in search of rich new flavours – especially if you appreciate fantastic BBQ.

17

Harlem Shake

New York

Harlem Shake opened in New York back in 2013 and quickly built a reputation for serving some of the city’s best milkshakes and smash burgers. They’ve since expanded from Harlem to Brooklyn, but there’s something special about the original location, leaning fully into that retro American diner vibe, with a nostalgic atmosphere that just adds to the whole experience. Every time we come back, there’s one order that feels almost mandatory: the Hot Mess. It’s one of those burgers that sticks with you long after you’ve left, mainly thanks to its standout cherry pepper and bacon relish. The combination of heat, smokiness and sweetness is incredibly well balanced, creating a flavour profile that feels bold but never overwhelming. Paired with their perfectly smashed patties, with that deep crust and juicy centre, it’s a burger that delivers every single time.

When it comes to sides, the jerk fries are impossible to skip. Coated in jerk seasoning and served with a spicy jerk mayo, they bring an extra kick that’s both addictive and packed with flavour, definitely not an afterthought. And then, of course, you finish it all off the right way: with one of their famously thick, creamy milkshakes. This is the kind of meal where everything just clicks, making Harlem Shake one of those restaurants we keep returning to whenever we’re in New York.

16

Dreamburger

Nashville

The first time we visited this neon-lit food truck in East Nashville, we had no idea that we’d just stumbled upon something truly special. Parked right outside Vinyl Tap, a local bar where music and vinyl culture meet, you’ll find what might just be one of the world’s best food trucks. The setup is as simple as it gets, but that’s part of the charm. A tight menu, no distractions, just a clear focus on doing a few things exceptionally well. And every time we go back, the California Dreamin’ calls out to us. It’s one of those rare burgers where everything clicks, including the tomato, which actually feels like it belongs. The mustard-fried patties are what really set it apart, adding an extra layer of flavour and showcasing a level of craftsmanship that’s hard to miss. You get that perfect balance of crust, juiciness and just enough tang to keep each bite interesting.

If you’re heading to Nashville for the music, the bars, or the whiskey, make sure this spot is part of your plan. But be prepared, they’ve gained a serious following, and selling out has become part of the story. Keep an eye on their socials so you don’t miss out.

15

Briochef

Madrid

It comes as no surprise to us that Briochef has been crowned Madrid’s best burger joint on multiple occasions. After working our way through the menu, it’s clear that this isn’t a place built on hype, each burger genuinely holds its own and brings something slightly different to the table. At the core of it all is the beef. Every burger is built around dry-aged Rubia Gallega patties, delivering a deep, rich flavour with a perfect balance of tenderness and bite. It’s evident that everything else on the plate is designed to support and elevate that star ingredient rather than compete with it.

The buns are soft and buttery, the sauces generous without overpowering, and the toppings carefully chosen to complement the meat. It all comes together in a way that feels both indulgent and precise, where no detail is left to chance. Briochef doesn’t just live up to its reputation, it reinforces it. If you’re visiting the Spanish capital and care even remotely about burgers, this is a stop you simply shouldn’t miss.

14

Goldieboy

Melbourne

Goldieboy in Melbourne started with pop-ups and now have their first permanent location in the suburb of Brighton. They have gained huge attention for its eye-catching smash burgers, and offer two burgers on the menu. Their double Goldieboy Cheeseburger is a classic cheeseburger with a spicy twist, and it’s fulfilling in every way. Looks-wise it’s a banger with thinly smashed beef patties, with incredibly tender and crispy lacy edges that give way to a super juicy interior. Every bite offers all of the flavours at the same time, with juicy meat mixed with gooey cheese and tart, dill-packed pickles. There’s a great balance to be found here, from the acidic mustard to the umami packed fried onions. The generous amount of burger sauce left us with dirty faces and a big smile.

If you’re in Melbourne you should head over to Brighton or chase down Goldieboy at one of their many events. Goldieboy serve the best burger we’ve eaten in Australia, and we are jealous of everyone who has the opportunity to eat this burger on a regular basis.

13

Nowon

New York & Boston

Nowon, New York City’s first Korean-American gastropub, opened its doors in 2019 and has since expanded to multiple locations, including Boston. From the moment you step inside, the fusion is clear with bold design and a lively, high-energy vibe. It’s a place we keep coming back to, and every visit reminds us why as there’s something about that flavour profile that just sticks with you. Their Legenday Burger’s combination of roasted kimchi and kimchi sauce with classic American cheese and juicy beef creates a perfect bridge between two worlds. It’s rich, slightly tangy, a little spicy and completely addictive without ever feeling over the top. And if you’d prefer a thicker patty, go for their Dry-Aged Steak Burger.

The burgers are an absolute must when visiting Nowon, but it would be a mistake to stop there. The chopped cheese rice cakes bring a playful twist, the whipped ricotta toast adds a creamy contrast, and the garlic honey butter tater tots are dangerously easy to keep reaching for. It’s this mix of creativity, comfort and bold flavours that makes Nowon stand out and make them a great dining destination.

12

Bleecker

London

Bleecker started out as a humble food truck back in 2012 before opening its first permanent location in 2015, which is when we first visited them. Since then, they have grown into a well-oiled machine, with multiple locations spread across London, yet they have never drifted away from what made them special in the first place. The concept is refreshingly straightforward. The menu is tight, streamlined, and stripped of distractions, focusing entirely on doing a few things exceptionally well. And with flavour like this, there’s really no need to complicate things.

If you’re ordering, going for a Double Bacon Cheeseburger is the move. The extra patty elevates the whole experience, bringing extra juiciness and allowing the rich, dry-aged beef to truly shine. Paired with a soft, fluffy sesame bun, the combination is simple on paper but delivers on every level. Every bite feels balanced, honest and incredibly satisfying. Bleecker is proof that you don’t need endless options to create something memorable, just great ingredients and the confidence to let them speak for themselves. They’re a staple of the London burger scene for a reason, and we always come back whenever we’re in the city.

11

Grindhouse Braserito

São Paulo

If you find yourself in São Paulo, Grindhouse Braserito is one of those places you really need to visit. Located in the Pinheiros district, this spot leans fully into open-fire cooking, bringing a raw, asado-inspired energy that you can see and taste the moment you enter. Their Hamburguesa de Costilla is the clear standout. Cooked over open flames and basted with salmuera, an Argentinian salt brine, the patty reaches that perfect medium-rare point where it’s incredibly juicy while still holding a rich, beef-forward depth. The texture is soft and almost buttery, thanks to the high fat content. Together with the salty bacon and acidic pickles, each bite feels indulgent without being overwhelming.

From the fire-driven cooking style to the final bite, Grindhouse Braserito offers a unique burger experience that feels distinct and memorable. More than just another great burger, this is something that stands out, making them a spot that absolutely earns its place if you find yourself in Brazil’s food capital.

10

Soul Coffee Beer

Valencia

If you’re heading to Valencia, make sure to remember the name Soul Coffee Beer. Despite what the name might suggest they don’t serve coffee, but they do offer some of the juiciest burgers we’ve ever eaten. What makes this place stand out is the quality and execution. The dry-aged beef is flame-grilled to a beautiful medium-rare, delivering a deep, rich flavour with just the right amount of smokiness. It’s paired with soft, airy buns that somehow manage to hold everything together, even as the sauces start to take over in the best possible way. Those slightly sweet, flavour-packed sauces tie the whole burger together, creating a messy, indulgent experience where every bite feels like an explosion of bold, balanced flavours.

This is not a subtle burger, but rather saucy, juicy and designed to leave an impression. The kind of meal where you fully accept that things are going to get a little messy, and you won’t care one bit. With two locations, one called Street Soul in the city centre and the original Soul Coffee Beer in Paiporta, it’s become easier to track them down, but they’re popular for a reason. Booking a table in advance is definitely the move if you want to secure a spot and experience an unforgettable burger experience.

9

Amboy

Los Angeles

The first time you step into AMBOY Quality Meats and Delicious Burgers, it feels like stumbling upon something special. Set inside what used to be a run-down mall in Los Angeles’ Chinatown district, the space has been completely transformed and was now buzzing with energy, filled with restaurants, cafés and people who clearly know they are onto something good. Because this is an unmissable burger joint.

The menu is refreshingly simple but clever: you start by choosing your burger, then customise it with the patty of your choice. It’s a format that invites curiosity, especially if you’re the kind of person who likes to compare and experiment. But one option stands out above the rest. The DH, featuring a thick, dry-aged patty, is nothing short of phenomenal. It delivers an intense, deeply savoury flavour with a texture that feels both juicy and substantial in every bite. The caramelized onions, pickles and burger sauce are excellent together, and their signature sesame bun makes this a real show-stopper. This is the kind of burger that lingers in your memory long after you’ve finished it, and this is also what cements AMBOY’s position as the best burger on the West Coast.

8

MeatCastles

Retford

MeatCastles began their journey back in 2021, when food blogger Tom Warwick started smashing burgers at food festivals. Several awards later, they’re one of the most-hyped burger trucks in England, serving insanely mouth-watering burgers that go viral for all the right reasons. Their M.O.A.B. (Mother of all burgers) contains the best bacon jam we’ve ever eaten, and the accompanying gochujang sauce ties everything together for a spicy, saucy and supremely spectacular burger experience.

Using super dry-aged beef, they smash the patties using what we call the volcano technique, giving it crispy edges and a juicy centre. The meat has a deep and delicious beef flavour with fantastic dry aged notes. It takes a few initially crispy bites for all the flavours to emerge, but when this happens you are transported to beef heaven. Together with the heat from the gochujang sauce and the sweetness from the decadent bacon jam, everything is elevated to a whole new level with its smoky umami flavours. MeatCastles are at their best when they go all out, and their world-class burgers are proof that it’s possible to live up to the hype. Keep an eye on their socials for their current location, and don’t hesitate if they show up on your radar.

7

Gui’s Burger

Osaka

Gui’s Burger by Humans of Wagyu is located in Ashiya, just outside of Osaka heading towards Kobe. They specialise exclusively in Wagyu beef, and each bespoke burger on the short menu contains Wagyu beef from a specific farm. The Kirishima Wagyu Bacon Cheeseburger has a deeply marbled 150-gram Wagyu beef patty that has been cooked medium rare, and it’s a work of art. The taste is simply phenomenal, with an intense beefiness and a mouth-meltingly high fat content. The fact that it is also salted and peppered generously makes us extremely happy, and the flavours are super intense from the first bite. This is enhanced further by their own-dried and -smoked Wagyu bacon, which adds another level of saltiness and a light smokiness that reminds us of the best pastrami imaginable. The flavour profile is completed by their mayonnaise, which also contains Wagyu fat to give your taste buds a final hit of meat and umami. The Wagyu bacon was so good that we ordered some extra as a decadent dessert to complete our meal.

Gui’s Burger don’t just serve Japan’s best burger – this is one of the best burgers we have ever eaten during our many travels. And we are extremely impressed by the incredibly high quality and passion for meat we’ve encounter here.

6

Pizza Loves Emily

New York

We first tried Pizza Loves Emily for the first time back in 2017, it genuinely felt like one of those rare, perspective-shifting meals you never quite forget. Ever since, it’s become something of a ritual to return annually, and remarkably, that same sense of excitement and disbelief hits us every single time. What completely won us over was the balance of the sweet heat from the gochujang sauce and the intensely deep flavour of the dry-aged beef together with the sharp snap of dill pickles and the rich softness of the caramelized onions. Then there’s the pretzel roll, light and airy, yet structured enough to hold everything together, bringing just the right touch to elevate every bite. It’s a combination that feels both indulgent and incredibly well thought-out.

It’s hard to deny the impact this burger has had. You see echoes of it all over the world now, in menus and mashups clearly inspired by its flavour profile. It’s become something of a benchmark one that burger enthusiasts constantly reference and chase. Even as a new generation of burgers continues to push boundaries and flood the scene, Pizza Loves Emily hasn’t faded into the background. If anything, it’s held its ground still firmly part of the global conversation, and still delivering an experience that feels just as special as that very first visit.

5

Burger & Beyond

London & Manchester

Burger & Beyond in London has been a firm favourite of ours since we first tried them at Camden Market in 2016. We have followed their development through street food pop-ups and festivals, as they have grown into multiple central London locations and even expanded to Manchester. Their menu features a wide range of burgers, along with many excellent sides (the ”beyond” part of their name).

Their burgers are beautiful, with a golden sesame-topped brioche bun and great ratios. And the beef patties have a distinct crust with a slightly pink interior, giving way to juicy flavours and a pronounced dry-aged beefiness. The Burnt Butter Burger is a bona-fide classic, with a delectable burnt butter mayo, crisp bacon and a freshness from the pickled onions. The Bougie Burger is our other favourite and offers a completely different flavour profile with a super deep marrownaise and umami-heavy gravy that adds extra depth without overwhelming the core flavours. Burger & Beyond delivers one of the more complete burger experiences in England, and we still find it hard to walk past one of their locations without stopping in.

4

Funky Chicken Food Truck

Stockholm

Funky Chicken Food Truck make the world’s best smash burger. Located in the outskirts of Stockholm, they never miss. This food truck has become a tourist destination in itself, attracting locals and tourists alike during lunch hours (and weekends when the sun starts to shine). Over the years, they have become a go-to burger destination in Scandinavia. Their lineup of around ten burgers rotates weekly, so keeping an eye on their socials helps when planning a visit.

Their signature patties deliver a juicy, beef-forward flavour with a noticeable amount of black pepper, which is almost deep-fried into the beef to create the best crust we’ve encountered in a burger. It is a style we call ”Stockholm Smash”, and it has influenced much of the scene across the country. The airy brioche bun manages to hold together despite the generous fillings, and we are blown away each and every time we try them. Go there and dare to stand in line, because this is something unique.

3

Au Cheval

Chicago & New York

Au Cheval serve the best burger in the United States of America. Chicago’s leading burger joint is just as good in New York, and we are totally enamoured with their classic Double Cheeseburger.

This is a distinctly beef-forward burger, supported by creamy cheddar, balanced dijonnaise and crisp pickles. The patties have an extremely intense beef flavour and a super tender texture with excellent seasoning that will keep you eating until the entire burger is finished. Despite the name, we usually opt to skip the ”au cheval” egg and order some (almost distractingly) thick and expensive bacon, which adds rich, salty note that complements the rest of the ingredients perfectly. It really adds a buttery saltiness that ties everything together. We love everything about Au Cheval, from the luxurious setting and excellent service to the comforting high quality that hits the spot every time. Book a table and be prepared for a lively, loud setting.

2

Holy Burger

São Paulo

Holy Burger has been our favourite burger restaurant in Brazil since our first visit a few years ago, and they’ve continued to impress us over the years. The venue has a cool, cozy atmosphere reminiscent of an old New York jazz club, and their Pony Line burger with dry-aged beef and sugar cane molasses with bacon stands out on the menu. It’s one of those burgers that offers an almost life-changing meal, and comes served in a bowl so that you can mop up everything. The deep bacon molasses enhances the deep dry-aged beef flavours, while the fluffy bun holds everything in place. The medium-cooked beef elevates each and every flavour, bringing it all together for a sensational burger experience.

Holy Burger currently serves the best burger in all of South America (and North America too, for that matter), and they have proven once again that they truly belong among the absolute elite of the burger world. Next time you’re in São Paulo, don’t miss this almost religious burger experience.

1

Hundred Burgers

Valencia & Madrid

The Winner Takes It All! Hundred Burgers serve the world’s best burgers, winning the award for the third year in a row! The Spanish power house opened in Valencia back in 2020, founded by the two burger enthusiasts Álex and Eze. Since then, they’ve expanded to Madrid and have continued to refine their concept, both at their restaurants across Spain and through appearances at burger events internationally. Their work has earned them repeated recognition, and we have been enamoured with their burgers since our first visit back in 2023. And the best part is that they just keep getting better and better.

Three of our favourite burgers include Loser, Satisfaction and the limited Paul Finch. The burgers are built around Rubia Gallega beef that they dry-age themselves, paired with carefully selected ingredients. We’re talking 60-day dry-aged burgers with thick patties cooked to a Spanish medium-rare, showcasing the quality of the beef to an almost extreme degree. The burgers arrive with a glistening Japanese milk bun that they bake themselves, which works great with the intense beef. The Loser is one of their standout signature burgers, featuring a thicker patty, and the combination of gochujang sauce and caramelised onions is balanced by the savoury bun. Satisfaction offers a more pronounced crust, complemented by smoked mayonnaise and crispy bacon. And the Paul Finch stands out as a more intense option, made with a mind-boggling 120-day dry-aged ribeye and produced in limited quantities, making it suited for sharing or even during a return visit. All of their burgers are substantial, surprisingly decently priced and let the beef quality shine.

Hundred Burgers’ strong emphasis on craftsmanship and willingness to evolve makes them a reference point for burgers for all other burger restaurants to strive towards. If you love burgers you owe it to yourself to visit them!
