In English

Njuta Lounge & Burgers is located on the southern outskirts of Örebro, close to Gustavsvik Camping. The restaurant is spacious, bright and inviting, and during our visit there were seven beef burgers on the menu. We ordered two hamburgers; a Holy Cheeseburger with burger cheese, white onions, lettuce, pickles, ketchup and original sauce and a Smokey Barbecue with burger cheese, bacon, caramelised onions, lettuce, barbecue sauce and original sauce. The burgers cost 110 SEK (10.5 USD) each and we also ordered a portion of mixed fries for 35 SEK (3.5 USD).

Our burgers looked rather small, but they were still inviting with all the ingredients neatly stacked. The double 75 gram beef patties had a nice and distinct crust, but the meat was quite mild in flavour and would have benefited from a bit more salt. Our Holy Cheeseburger had classic flavours and a variety of textures thanks to the pickles and white onions, although the latter were very thinly sliced and difficult to bite through. Their original sauce worked well in this context, but the ketchup was a little redundant as it was all a bit too sweet. Our Smokey Barbecue was also quite sweet, but the barbecue sauce balanced the flavours well. We also liked the caramelised onions, which had a certain consistency and balanced saltiness. The bacon was quite soft, but also added some appreciated saltiness. The potato bun was unfortunately the weak point of both our burgers, with an untoasted, doughy texture that made it a little difficult to finish. Our mixed fries were an impressive accompaniment, with very good regular fries and even better sweet potato fries.

There were some ups and downs during our visit, but overall we were happy with our meal at Njuta Lounge & Burgers. The tasty food, cosy atmosphere and friendly staff make it well worth a visit if you’re in the south of Örebro and don’t want to go into the city.

🍔 Review № 1381

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 @black_bear_burger ★★★★☆

Black Bear Burger is one of the veterans of the modern burger wave in England, and we have tried their burgers several times since our first review in 2017. Over the years, Black Bear Burger has received more and more attention and hype, both domestically and internationally, and today they are one of the most well-known burger restaurants in all of England. They have locations at nearly 10 places around London, and we visited their restaurant inside the Market Halls Victoria food hall and ordered their Double Miso Bacon Burger – the same burger that won them the National Burger of the Year 2025 award. The burger contained double patties, double cheese, smoked bacon and their miso butter mayo, and it cost 15.8 GBP (21 USD).

The burger looked exactly as we remembered it, with pre-formed patties and a pale bun covered in a generous layer of sesame seeds. The bun was soft and fluffy, but just like on our previous visits, we felt that the crust-like amount of sesame seeds took over both in terms of flavour and texture. The meat was of high quality as always and had a nice and potent dry-aged character that they are known for. The meat could have been juicier though, as it felt a bit too compact this time. The bacon was super tasty and crispy, just the way we like it, and the onion also contributed a nice texture. Their miso butter mayo was very flavourful with its buttery, salty, and umami-rich taste, but together with the bacon and the beef, the overall flavour profile was a bit too salty. We would have liked to see some kind of freshness to break up the saltiness for a more complete experience.

We are very happy that a veteran like Black Bear Burger continues to deliver high-quality burgers year after year, and they are still a safe bet when you are craving a really good burger in London.
